AARON IDONIJE
MD/CEO

Mr Idonije holds a bachelors degree in Economics from Edo State University Ekpoma. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria. He started his insurance career in Standard Alliance Insurance in 2005, where he excelled in marketing/ Business development department. In 2007, he joined Staco Insurance Plc where he held the position of Head of Financial Institutions and Group Head of Energy Risk. During his time in Staco Insurance Plc, Mr Idonije won numerous awards and accolades, amongst which is “THE BEST MARKETING STAFF” for five years consecutively.

He thereafter, joined Equity Assurance Plc in January, 2013 as Group Head, Oil & Gas/ Special Risk. He was in charge of setting and driving the strategic focus of the company in this important sector of the economy.

In December 2013 he resigned from Equity Assurance Plc to join forces with other professionals to pioneer Bright Change Limited. Mr Idonije is a seasoned business development professional with over 10 years cognate experience. He has attended management courses both locally and internationally.

EDGAL EDWARD KOLAWOLE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Kolawole Edward O. Edgal is a graduate of Economics from Edo State University, Ekpoma. After leaving university he worked briefly with the Nigeria Port Authorities (Tin can port) Apapa before branching into construction. He worked as project manager for Odihis limited from 2002 to 2005, before taking over as MD/ CEO from 2006 to 2013. 

In 2003, 2004 he manage Shell contracts awarded to ODIHIS LIMITED, to construct police dinning halls in Edo and Delta state. He also managed the construction of several primary schools in Ogara Delta state, projects which were given an award of excellence by SPDC. 

Under his watch as MD/CEO of  ODIHIS LIMITED, the company constructed several residential and commercial properties, acquired landed properties in and around Lagos state.  In December he 2013, he joined forces with like mined professionals to pioneer Bright Change Limited.

ZAKARIAH EROJE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Zak Eroje holds a degree in Economics B.sc.  (Edo state university.) With 8 experience working in a software development life cycle. With a very good knowledge in Outsourcing, business process, service delivery, stakeholder management, automated and manual software quality assurance, process improvement, business analysis, change management, offshoring, team management, performance management, share services, vendor management. 

Zak started an IT services career from 2006 -2007 with ClientLogic Ireland as British telecom account billing representative, where customer accounts applications were effectively manage from end to end.

In 2007, he pioneered Mimshach Technology Consultancy Ireland.which consulted for O2 Ireland at Welocalize Ireland as an automated/ manual software test analyst. Other clients are Dublin airport, Bravo Ireland. ! Zak serves as the Director in charge of Finance and Systems for Bright Change Ltd.
